Is the Trump Golden Badge Legit?

The useful question is not simply “legit or scam?” but what is actually being sold, by whom, and under what disclosed terms.

What the seller says

The Patriots Legacy describes the badge as a collectible, novelty, display or memorabilia item.
It states that the item has no cash value and is not legal tender.
It states that it has no official affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement from Trump.
It identifies ClickBank as the retailer and advertises a 60-day money-back guarantee.
Its current top-of-page notice says shipping timelines are 2–4 weeks.

What that does—and doesn't—tell you

Those disclosures clarify the offer's status, but they do not establish future collectibility, resale value, scarcity, investment performance or official endorsement. We would not buy it on any of those assumptions.
